Fastest way to level?

I assume you mean to level up experience points in ESO legitimately (Your in the minority here lol)

Personally i Skyshard hunt until level 10. Then go into CP campaign Imperial city. Level up solo, its fast and you get: keys, gold, exp, legerman, fighters guild experience plus getting the skyshards and mages books down there.

I don't advise this for AD on pc server though. You won't have a fun time being constantly ganked by the other two factions that constantly owned everything last times I would go there. Ebonheart is safe, daggerfall should be fine too. I would switcht o my ebonheart toon there cause my AD couldn't walk two feet without a crouch exploiter (they said they fixed it 3 times I think before they Actually did) constatly stunlocking and wanking me with a butt buddy or two. I racked up mad loots and xps in there... for those exploiters kek

Everything everyone says is stupid... Spellscar grinding is the way to go. Sky-reach is only good because it's instanced but spellscar gives more XP. I leveled a toon in about 7 hours from 1 to 50

Even with the nerf to skyreach xp with morrowind, you can get to 50 in about 4 hours with a great powerleveler and pots and training gear in skyreach

Your saying that a DK plays exactly the same way as a NB or a Sorc or a Templar or Warden? Uses the exact same skills in the exact same order with the exact same buffs and class synergies?

No, but I'm saying I'd be able to play it well enough to hold my own and some while doing pledges, at which point I'll iron out my rotation and setup. There's absolutely nothing wrong with experienced players grinding to level 50. If I can solo world bosses/normal dungeons on a class/spec that I haven't ever played before my character level reaches double digits I think I'll be fine grinding a character to 50.
