Fastest way to level?

What is THE FASTEST WAY to get 1-50 in eso rn? And how long does it take to get 1-50 in that method?
I'm just trying to get 1-50 as fast as possible. I'll get the skill points when I'm up there.

Full training gear, xp potion, partner up with a 2nd person, grind anywhere there is a high density of mobs. Public Dungeons are great for lots of mobs with fast respawns. I did 1-50 in Crimson Cove in about 12 hours the other day.

easiest way to get in is to pay some to carry, you could also team up with an low level group not so fast but still fast and you would not get group at level 1.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

There´s one Place that outfarms Skyreach: Spellscar (North of Belkarth, Craglorn). There´s just one major con with this Place: It´s public and you´ll probably never be left alone with the mobs (the fact that no one is botting that area still confuses me....), but if no one is there the exp gain is huge. So safest bet is skyreach. Just make sure to Group up with someone when grinding since u get more exp that way.

Depends if you wanna go solo or group. But a couple of things remain the same.

For one main quest gives you a ton of XP. Dolmens and World bosses both give a pretty nice amount of XP, Delves are also a good idea. I recently made a Warden and have been running around testing what gives the most XP fastest. Though tedious at times kinda tempted to put questing high on the list of what gives a lot of XP.

If you wanna go ultra fast getting married and getting the XP boost or getting the ESO plus 10% XP bonus are both good ideas. Another tip is getting gear that has the training trait which gives you more XP for killing enemies.

Grinding is not something completely reliable. It depends a lot on where you grind, what enemies you fight and how much XP you get per kill. It is hard to grind since most of the good sites are like always occupied. Its also the most tedious method if you ask me, Ive never been a fan of grinding.

Just try to figure out your own method, but in general I recommend you stick to quests and dolmens.

If you are a new player, please try to learn to play rather than pay for Skyreach carry, you can't hope to do end-game group content if you haven't learned your character by putting in at least some effort to learn how to do combat :)

Yes, xp scrolls count for all xp other than crafting. Exploration, quest turns, mob kills...

But in my opinion, they are best used for grinding. I've used them for normal overland mob grinding and for dolmen grinding. It seems like you get more bang for the buck when doing mob grinding versus other forms because with mob grinding you're constantly getting the bonus with each kill. For other forms of xp boost - dolmens, quests, exploration...there is a lag between receiving your xp.

please do NOT power level....just play the game and figure out mechanics. End game content is heavily mechanic based and you will need to know the basics to even start learning them. Anything else will scale to you so there is little/no reason to 'need' to power level since 1T

Personally, before trying to power level, I would go through zones and grab skyshards and lorebooks. That way you have enough skill points to level your skills along with your level.

That said, dolmens are a good way. I made some new gear for my warden yesterday and then went to do dolmens to get jewelry to go with it. 2 levels later I decided that next time I'm getting the jewelry first...

Grinding can be kind of boring at times, but it is one of the fastest ways to level. Almost all my characters were leveled by grinding and/or PvP, pledges and trials.

If I am grinding a character from 3 to 50 this is kind of what I do.

    Craft Gear
I will craft me a few levels of training gear because I know I will level fast

    Cold Harbor - Zombie Grind
This is one of my favorite spots to grind. Grind is easy, I cash in loot from drops, and I level fast. I normally grind from levels 3 to 10 here.

    PvP
At level 10 I normally will stop grinding and PvP till I unlock war horn, and then I will put war horn on my bar to start leveling it so I can unlock its morph Aggressive horn.

    Glenumbra - Wolf Grind
There is a town of wolves in Glenumbra that i grind. I just run around a build in the town and grind wolves. This grind is a little harder but Wolves give more XP. I usually grind from level 10 to 16 here.

    Stormhaven - Oger Grind
This is a very fast place to grind. I will usually stay here and grind til level 50.

A few other spots I like are Crimson Cove and skyreach. However I like to balance difficulty and fun. I tend to like places where kills are easy and leveling is exceptionally fast. Skyreach seems to be the fastest way to level but it is a very stressful place to be at for hours of grinding.

    Skyshards and Lore Books
I usually ride around and get these when I need a break from grinding.

    Final Note:
It will take me 2 days of playing to level a character to 50.

If you want a friend, get a dog.
AW Rank: Grand Warlord 1 ( level 49)

what does that even mean? I hate 1T...they need to make content harder not dumb it down like 1T. And I am certainly NOT a ZOS fan boy. IMO there SHOULD be starter zones where people level up and learn mechanics at the same time. This 'rush' to max level or end-game content is idiotic

There is no real way to shortcut the leveling process. Even if you "power level" to 50, your still left with a character that is pretty much useless. You still have to get skyshards and lore books, if your a caster, or level FG, if your stamina. You can level character and FG at the same time with the Dolmen Zergs, but your still left with a 64 Skill Point sponge. Getting to L50 is just a small part of leveling a character.

Here is what your going to have to do anyway, no matter how you get to L50, so you might as well do this from the get go:

    1. Collect all the Skyshards in the zone. Avoid any and all quests other than those that show up in the delves that have skyshards. These quests do not give set items for rewards so no loss there.
    2. Farm the dolmens a few times to get set jewelry that help your character
    3. Do the Public Dungeons including all the bosses
    4. Then move to the next zone.

In about 8 zones, you can be fully leveled in Mages, Fighters, Class, 3 Armors and Weapon Skills. Leaving only Undaunted to level, although I would get to almost 3 in that from Dungeon Achievements. Each zone takes about 2 hours to do if you focus.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

So when you level a new character you forget all the things you learned from playing previous characters? That's weird, I thought my memory was terrible.

Your saying that a DK plays exactly the same way as a NB or a Sorc or a Templar or Warden? Uses the exact same skills in the exact same order with the exact same buffs and class synergies?

It isn't botted because it's so public. it both makes them very likely to be reported (since people will not enjoy being forced to share xp with other players let alone unattended accounts they know will likely be marketed) and the fact it being so public makes it far less predictable and more difficult to set up routines with bots.

OP should try farming the new robe parts , and then the new pet parts since my warden leveled up reasonably quick even the times i forgot to reapply my ambrosias in there though I had 7 crafted pieces blue with training gear and my 46 set was purple and my weapons were training usually purple. There is a spot right before the area with the bells where if you're not grouped already going in a group there usually sends you an invite and even when it's a large group it's still pretty fast while allowing you to acquire the new collectibles eventually. For sale assembled, in parts, or for personal use. That made the areas practical for me. Skyreach with a friend or two would be the next best and pulling only as big a group of mobs as the people could handle together without wiping at their levels.
please do NOT power level....just play the game and figure out mechanics. End game content is heavily mechanic based and you will need to know the basics to even start learning them. Anything else will scale to you so there is little/no reason to 'need' to power level since 1T

No matter what anyone says this is a casual game so there is no need to break a sweat over this. especially with scaling content. There is plenty of time to solo overworld content and rank up skills and feel out what the wish to rely on. they can also queue for normal dungeons, which are still soloable with the right builds which become obvious through sensibility and experimentation and it is a joke if anyone freaks out over this with normal dungeons. I honestly laughed out loud when ahealer said he was kicked form a normal dungeon, a Healer mind you, over this. That is truly sad, for the group and not that healer. People will be fine power leveling in this game.

You can even potd in FF14 and be fine if you stop at level 50 for a while to do the roulettes and get a feel for the class. the level 50 dungeons (in FF14) I have seen people first time tanking and they have done fine. And that is not nearly the casual game that eso is though it's not too difficult itself most of the time except for some of the more extreme content. that said, with the recent nerfs, I don't advise someone to expect to start out tanking in this one right away since that would be about the only truly difficult thing to jump into in this game because of how clunky it is in eso and the need to grind a lot of the monotonous undaunted line. Eso is monotonous , that is not the same as difficult. Sparing some of it when one can is more than welcome.
