U realise the've already released Morrowind 2 weeks ago right? The only thing they're gonna do tomorrow is put the hotfixes etc in (if any).
Also, I don't know if you're on NA or what, you need to realise that tomorrow is a holiday in most European countries which will get shafted again, even tho they've been warned. So expect lots of salt and flame :DDDDDDDDD

That was only on PC. All the console players are getting it on Tuesday.

Balance seems fine. A good number of us have already adapted and improved, some of us even without beta time.
You have an issue? You can still give constructive criticism without being negative about it.
Part of being an adult, really.

I'm not sure what console infrastructure is like, but if the PC launch was any indication, there shouldn't be anything to worry about.

Been there, done that. PTS cycle didn't get through to them so I'm done trying.
People wrote mountains of feedback and well thought out arguements. Gillian the rogue made multiple videos making intricate points as to why the sustain changes were a bad idea. But as we all know, what hits the PTS, hits live. Part of being an adult? Sorry, but no, poor excuse for ZOS''s inability to even lisen to the slightest bit of criticism that disagree's with their vision. If they even have a 'vision'.
Silence, shill! I'll be as negative as I damn well please. And thank god you cant stop me.
Good evening/afternoon to all of you.
As you've probably been aware for months now, tomorrow is the day of the Morrowind patch. Tomorrow is the day the servers get taken down at 4am Eastern (how the server engineers can work that early is beyond me, but I think they are insane), and then the next day when it goes live, we'll get the Warden class, the brand new battlegrounds, and many other features.
With that said, it is likely that not everything will go as planned. Even though I, other players, and even ZOS hate to admit this, it is likely the patch maintenance tomorrow will run into a few problems. Maybe they'll have to extend the maintenance. Maybe the servers will be working fine, then something happens and WHAM, the servers go down.
While I will do my part and put up a meme thread for all of you to enjoy before I go to bed tonight (unless one of you ends up beating me to the punch, in which case, good for you) so that way we can vent our frustrations, I would like to make a little challenge for you all tomorrow.
IF, because of some random act of Molag Bal, the servers have to be down for an extended maintenance, or should the servers crash after maintenance tomorrow, I challenge you all to be positive while on these forums. While it is definitely no fun to not be able to play ESO when you planned on playing, it is not a lot of fun for ZOS either. So i challenge you, rather than let negativity, anger, and other negative feelings spill out onto these forums, I instead ask you to be positive.
Yes, it may seem like it's more work to be positive. Yes, it may seem like it's easier to be negative. But with the increased work you do from being positive, you also get increased reward.
So, while I, and ZOS, would like to think tomorrow will be smooth sailing, we all know in the back of our minds that extended maintenance or emergency maintenance is possible and even likely. My challenge to you is to be positive, and spread the positive feelings around the forums. You will notice how much better these forums can become if everyone takes my advice.
I am now done. I will hopefully get a meme thread going here within the next few hours. See you all tomorrow. GET HYPED!
Sincerely,
Lord Arena25

You can be as negative as you like, you're an independent person. That doesn't mean people will take you or your theatrics seriously, and nobody really changes much with those qualities. If you take the low road because everyone else is, you're still taking the low road.
Negativity isn't constructive. I know this from personal experience.

I wouldn't dream of censoring you. That's not what I do. I'm trying to help you by offering constructive criticism of my own, pointing out that this particular brand of screeching doesn't get you what you want in life.Doctordarkspawn wrote: »Judas Helviaryn wrote: »Doctordarkspawn wrote: »Judas Helviaryn wrote: »Doctordarkspawn wrote: »Yeah, lets all be positive to drown out the issues with balance people are gonna have.

I beg, to differ.
People underestimate the constant screeching of the masses. Outcry has fixed a great many things, and while the ZOS devs have to sleep sometime, we dont. And y'know what? If nothing else, screeching keeps the mind busy.
So I'm inclined to screech. The squeaky wheel gets the grease. Again. Thank god you cant stop me.

There's a reason children throw fits, and actual adults don't.
We know it doesn't work.
