I like how you added "all major issues we currently enjoy on PC". How has stuff this broken not been top priority (probably because of the release of morrowind but still).All major issues we currently enjoy on PC are listed down below, please read first inbefor you comment.
GENERAL
- Prime Time Hours we get stuck in 'group forming', we can rarely get into BGs.
- 4v4v4 is quiet rarely the case, sometimes it doesn't fill up the emty slots.
- Premate Groups can queue in against solo Players, this one needs be seperate.
- Premate Groups and high solo expierenced Players (lv50) can queue with low levels.
- Capture the Flag and Domination is called in leaderboards 'Flag games' and 'Land grap'. The game modes should be called the same as they are in the Loadscreen. Otherwise it confuses players which game mode it actually is.
- As soon as 1 Team ragequits or to less players playing the current ongoing game, the game will stop and you get loadscreened back to your queue-location you queued in. Not to mention you don't get any reward.
- Poisons are way to powerfull in BG's, we are already without CP and 30% increased costs is just overkill. Poisons have their place in Cyrodiil but we don't want them in BG's!
- The roatating Spinners in the middle of a certain BG area doesn't add to your kills when you activate those to kill the ones below.
- Proc Sets are way to strong in Non-CP, they oneshot everything below 20k HP.
Capture The Flag
- Capturing the Flag debuffs you after a time upto 100%, you can't get any heal or shield off, we agree you should get debuffed but not for 100%. This is not fun because you can't even drop the flag without dying.
- Stamina Builds can simply outrun magica players at most of all times.
Domination
- This game mode is all about cancerous-run builds and avoiding combat. It needs totally reworked, its not enjoyable.
Deathmatch
- Kills are badly designed, I can hit someone for 95% health and someone else slots execut and gets the kill, this sucks even more on magica dk where you rely on damage over time.
- The double-Buff is an issue the way it works at the moment. Players with higher movement actually almost everytime gets the double-Buff while classes like templars and dk's slack behind if they are not close to it. Make it spawn at 2 locations at the same time (if one is taking, the other disappears).
BROKEN ABILITIES
- Overperfoming Monster set in Battlegrounds like Trollking and Tremorscale ruining the gameplay expierience simply because this overperforming by tankability and proc chance.
- Purifying Light and its morphs are currently so broken they one bang everyone with extrem high damage output.
Edited: Added Issues
- The amount of AP we earn per battleground for wins and losses are to poorly. (3'000AP per win), 15'000 to 20'000 would be nicer.
- [Known Issue] We can't decide which game mode we want to play, let us choose.
- Reset Ultimates at the beginn of every game.

3k Ap is what you get by killing 2ppl in cyrodiil.

3k Ap is what you get by killing 2ppl in cyrodiil.
Sure ... if one of them is the Emperor. 90% of Cyrodiil kills are for less than 500 AP. Many are for like 17 AP.
On the other hand you get 1500 for taking a resource and 6000 for a keep. 3000 per every 15 minutes is a good reward that won't lead to "The Emperor of Battlegrounds".

Implement a ready check rejection cool down before they can re-queue, like 5 mins on the first reject but increasing for additional rejections. Not fair to mess 11 other players around.
One thing i have been thinking about is the defector penalty.
it does not seem to be enough to discourage people from leaving one sided games.
i have had so many games where people just dropped out the last minute to deny us the victory.
it's also not cool to give people a penalty for crashing or disconnecting unwillingly.
so since giving people "sticks" in this way does not seem to be ideal how about giving them "carrots" instead and lower the penalty for defecting and increase the reward for participating instead?
