Myself and a few close friends are working on building a new guild. We recently broke from a guild that was causing us to not enjoy the game as much as we use to. This guild is to have fun, progress as a team and work hard to get our goals achieved. In a perfect world we would have a set of 12 and everyone would be able to make days and times set but this isn't a perfect world.
Here is what we can offer you:
• Experienced Leadership is leading all Vet Raids. leadership with MMORPG Raiding experience in other games.

• Leadership in every class/role and experience to help you get better and achieve what you want to achieve with end game.
• Friends and Friendly company. Fun and laughing with everyone. Jokes, Respect, and helpful players.
What we Expected from you:
• Be Punctual, Gear Fixed, Repair Kits, Weapons Charged. We have a set Raid time and we want to start the raid asap. Be on time or be there 5 minutes before for grouping.
• Be willing to admit to mistakes and take constructive criticism from more experienced players who only want to help you get better. We want to avoid a Toxic environment.
• Members are expected to be loyal to our runs. If you sign up, be there the whole raid even if the raid ends up being completely garbage. We are hoping to build a loyal guild with members who want to sport the tabard and the guild name.
• If you claim to be experienced in Raiding, we expect you to have high dps numbers or the know how to Tank/Heal. NOW this isn't a requirement, but if you claim to be "good" then we expect you to back it up.
• If you're new to end game in ESO, We expect you to listen and Learn, and to be able to take constructive criticism to become better, and to practice and work hard even on your own free time.
• Last but not Least; A Microphone. having a proper way to communicate is the Key to any end game Raid Team/Guild. Knowing when to keep comms clear and knowing when to talk is key.

I'm very active and looking to raid on the regular. I've ran trials on normal many times but very little Vet experience. I'm CP cap and play various roles. Willing to learn all i can and be an asset to a raid group.

Ok. Thanks for responding. I think 5pm is a bit early for me. I'm usually not home from work until around 6pm. I'd probably be ready by 6:30 or 7.0 -
o0Velius✭✭✭@Wolfsfuhrer our Guild is full of eastern players that's why we raid that early for us Pacific players. Because 7 for us is 10 for them and depends on the raid that runs into way to late. Lol but I understand if you change your mind let us know.0

Have a mag sorc (37k) and a mag dk & nb that haven't been tested and a templar healer. Also have a tank with Ebon & Alkosh, but don't have any experience tanking trials. Will learn if needed though.
Completed all craglorn vet trials, with some hardmode completes. Made it to the twins on VMoL.0 -
