Anybody else tired of bugged minsters that don't gee loot??!!!

Ok this is getting under my skin. You work hard n an overland monster boss. It finally dies. You get the achievement for klllling the monster, but it don't turn yellow, no loot there on the body. Nada. You ask in area chat where s the loot. Everybody points. It's not there for me. Ths has happened a bunch of times now. Really tired of this. Needs to be fixed. Or what? Anybody know?

✭✭✭Were you zerging it down with 25 other people? Only first 12 people or something get loot I think. Or those who did some substantial damage to contribute (I believe healing counts too). I really don't remember but there're limitations on number of people that can get loot, this is intended.0 -

✭I once got a boss corpse become invisible and I had to position myself carefully to be avle to loot.
For the issue you had, there were either 12 others outdamaging you on the boss, or you are on the cooldown for boss loot (5 mins, to prevent farming).PC-EU0 -

Or something like that... or is it you have to do 12% of its HP in damage? I can't find an official post on what exactly the criteria are, but there are criteria.
That said, sometimes RNG just doesn't drop any loot for you, even on the bosses. It's not a bug, just a roll of the die. There's nothing for it but to move on with your day.Living vicariously through my characters.

That's why the "achievement" I mentioned popped up. (Ya gotta use yer noggin peeps).
So it was not farming. Farming still turns em yellow, ya just get a wee bag o gold...
There were three people there besides me.
I did a very large chunk of the damage. At least a third of it.
This is usually the way it goes when this happens.
I've never seen twelve people on a single overland world boss. That would be lovely actually, it would go fast.
So, interesting though the comments are...they don't apply to any of the times this has happened to me.
And oh, well now I know...my freakin iPad is Scottish. Or I was up way too late in eso land....

That's the boss timer. You kill multiple bosses in too short a timeframe, and you're locked out to prevent you from sitting in a delve and camping the boss with 20 other bots, spamming one attack.
Except, at least one of the bosses in Morrowind is bugged, so they always drop like you're on the lockout timer.
