Every item this issue comes up whether it be Ultima Online or something else, there are always a couple morons.

Yes I am calling you morons. The ones who say every spec will be the same. People will just Google the best spec and there will be nothing but clones running around.

Do your research, in previous classless MMOs this has never happened. People get creative and play how they want to play, and dont concern themselves with the meta as much.

So are we talking "pick three skill lines to define your personal class" or "use stuff from all fifteen class skill lines"? Or something else, like "pick two primary classes, four secondaries, but you can only access passives on your primary skills?" How much freedom are we talking? Because it seems to me one of the strengths of ESO is that there's freedom of choice but with strict limits of application, like the limited number of skills per bar, or having to decide how deep into set bonuses you get with very limited slots to equip them. Not the sky is the limit freedom, but rather, "you have a large number of choices, but must choose wisely."

I'm not sure we are playing the same game. Of the three attributes health usually gets the lowest number of points if any points at all.

Remember that in the early days, veteran areas were so rough that putting all your points into health was the only way to survive. In a sense, you two really aren't playing the same game, post-1T vs launch is like fencing vs fighting with a broken beer bottle.

So we have a called "dragon knight" running around in robes with staves, another called "night blade" that apparently make great healers and another called a "templar" who can't melee. Just get rid the classes already and open up the skill lines to everyone. The current system will never come close to being balanced.

That's what I said 3 years ago. As long as there is no compelling lore reason, the only thing it serves only a means for player retention due to alts. And Elderscrolls had no classes, right? Can't remember, since it has been a long time and I have not played Skyrim.

But, alas, this will never come.

Tes always had classes, but much less limiting. Class differes though.

Also, forum mod close this necro plz?

yes but you had the option to not use those classes and make your own builds.
and thats all we are asking for, is ability to make our own build without being forced into a class just like we could in morrowind and other TES games.

ROLF.. I never noticed the first few posts were from 2014..

That said, you know just typing "Forum Mod close" is useless? You have to use the report button.
Power level to CP160 in a week:
Where is the end game? You just played it.
Why don't I have 300+ skill points? Because you skipped content along the way.
    Where is new content? Sigh.

    Hello everyone,

This post is to let you know that we've felt it necessary to put this thread down, as it seemed to have died some time ago. At this time we'd like to try and keep Draugr threads from roaming around front page, pushing down newer and more lively threads. If you would like to continue the discussion, please feel free to find a more recent topic on the subject or create a newer one if a recent one is not available.

    Thank you for understanding!
