Is it possible that
- Being Under Attack bug the group finder
- Talking to a merchant bugs the group finder
- Being at a craft station bug the finder
...
Those are some example I found where there's a bug !

✭✭✭Do you mean the notification not popping up on your screen? It's not really a bug. Open your notifications("n" on pc by default) and it's still there for you to accept or decline.0 -

potirondb16_ESO✭✭✭Yup, usually if you are talking to a merchant or if you are at a crafting station while teleport starts you'll get caught and it will bug the group finder.
At least its what happend to me0
