Dungeon Finder and Battleground Finder

Is it possible that

- Being Under Attack bug the group finder
- Talking to a merchant bugs the group finder
- Being at a craft station bug the finder

...

Those are some example I found where there's a bug !

Do you mean the notification not popping up on your screen? It's not really a bug. Open your notifications("n" on pc by default) and it's still there for you to accept or decline.

No but I wonder also if not doing anything at all during waiting period would prevent bugs on the finder tool

Yup, usually if you are talking to a merchant or if you are at a crafting station while teleport starts you'll get caught and it will bug the group finder.

At least its what happend to me
