Pre CP - Quests grant % EXP to next level?
Reason being that killing an imp with mostly full training gear (purple + 1 blue = 69% EXP bonus from killing monsters) at level 20 is equivalent to 259 experience. (also have ESO+ bonus). Completing a small side-quest grants 3.5K experience at that level. In the Daggerfall covenant, completing Delyen's Mill location grants an additional 2.6K experience as well as requiring 3 side-quests to be completed. All in all, completing the Delyen's Mill Location grants the player about 13,100 exp.
At level 20, the needed exp to get to level 21 is 25,672 exp.
So, one mob kill (with training gear + ESO+) is equal to about 1% of your total level.
Completing a Side-Quest + ESO+ is equal to about 13.6% of your total level.
Completing an area Questline that has 3 Side-Quests + ESO+ is about 51% of your total level.
Seeing as killing around 14 enemies can be done very easily in most grind spots, I think that Training Gear should apply to all acquired EXP rather than just mob gained EXP such that Quests become a viable alternative to grind spot farming.
Quest EXP should remain the same.
