totally agree. capturing mechanic itself simply dumb. I think best solution would be same timing as (or a bit less, like 1,5 -2 seconds) for elder scrolls in cyro, with possibility to interrupt, otherwise there is 0 reasons to defend your base. it's usually the hell tanky guys, who are taking it, and good luck killing them^ especially if it's cancerplar or dk.

however, then it would make this mode very slow so yea, poor design.
