The system is designed such that you will never get a piece that cannot work with the set's five piece bonus. For example you will never see an Inferno Staff of the Sword Singer, as the five piece bonus adds 400 weapon damage to your Two-Handed abilities. It will only drop in Two-Handed weapons.
Do I believe the system needs adjusting? Sure, but "smart loot" is working as intended.

They shouldnt fit the character ure playing, but instead drop weapons acording to the purpose of the set. Just imagine a destruction mastery bow lol

Yes, the whole no Destro staff for things like Sword Singer is fine and all but really, at least expand that to other sets that are CLEARLY intended for a specific playstyle. Don't give Ice Staves of the Sun, Bows of Netch's Touch, etc. because, while it is technically possible to use these set items, it's not practical to do so.

Uhhuh. My Spriggan's Inferno Staff begs to differ.
