Destruction staff skill book locations?

Does anyone know where all of the destruction staff skill books are located?

    Other than one or two skill books, there are no fixed locations for Skill Books. Just have to spam the book cases in a zone when you get there, the mages guild is a good place, so are certain Ayelid Ruins.
    Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

    And the bookcase locations to change over time.

    Ok. Bookcases do not move but the books in the change.
