If the Elder Scrolls Online was what was in the 2012 videos, what would your IFs be?

So I watched some old 2012 videos and thought about why I originally wanted to play and buy this game so bad. Why in closed beta I was so excited and how overtime that excitement has dropped to disinterest in my current state. My feelings and opinions are impacted just like many other players but for our own different and similar reasons.
As it seemed...
-200 player max on the screen (interpreted as PvE and PvP)
-Social awareness and even Facebook and social media support
-Playing with recent players (phased) as well as friends *200 max
-If Cyrodil gameplay was (200 max) maybe per faction
-If Faction locks stayed
-If the MEGA server remained but allowed each account to create player under a faction log-in which would appear to us as a different server
-If there was no VR ever
-If there were no champion points
Obviously a lot was left out until actually playing closed beta but if it were just what's in these videos....what would you IF's be that would make the game more of what you hoped it would be?

-No sub ever but paid dlc excluding crowns
-no crown store
-No eso Plus
-paid cosmetic bundles
-perhaps actual play with friends feel in terms of all quests being co-op and no such thing as solo only
-class skills would remain magic based (eliminating the stam issue and topics)
-health life and stam kept overcharge forcing ppl to use all three stats
-constellation (not champion points) integrated through armor, and weapon tree development vs champion systems
-OH and what ever happened to the original confirmation that bound weapons and summons would exist?-PC (PTS)/Xbox One: NewBlacksmurf

✭✭✭✭✭It's not the game it once was or the one we all signed on for. Some days that really gets me down and I do wish things had gone a different way.
That said it's still something I've invested a lot of hours into and enjoy for what it is now. It's not a perfect game, but it's my not perfect game.
