When will daily crafting writs be available for turn in at the location in the docks in Vivec City?

I saw this location and was excited, but sad when I found out I still had to go to Craglorn to turn my writs in. When will this be available? And will all level writs be able to turn in here, or only max level writs?

    Personally as I have said in other threads and to mimic Flaminir's post in another thread, I feel we should be able to hand these in at any location. It's annoying to need to go to specific locations every day just to hand these in, I would much rather be like "oh I am in Stonefalls and forgot my writs today, I can do them here and not need to go to Craglorn before coming back here to finish what I was doing".

    They changed it back to Craglorn from Orsinium, I see no reason why they would change it to Vivec City.

    They could make it so you turn it in at the nearest DLC main city w/ a dock OR Orsinium OR Craglorn.
    But this seems unlikely seeing how little DLC <-> Vanilla Zone or Vanilla Zone <-> DLC interaction there is, might be beyond their capabilities or more likely, they don't care.

    +1 to this. It really takes away from the game when all my crafting characters have to "live" in Craglorn.
