Hi, my scamp is not recovering HP outside of combat.
Is this an intended change?

✭✭✭✭✭This began after the Morrowind patch and has indeed been discussed a fair amount. It affects both sorc pets and the warden's bear.
My understanding is that Zenimax has acknowledged it as an unintended bug and plans to fix it in a future update/patch.
PC NA(no Steam), PvE, mostly solo1
