    Get your SPC A$AP.
What is "SPC" and why did you put the $ in the acronym for "as soon as possible"?

@Shadowshire SPC = Spell Power Cure, the best healing 5p for pve in the game, it grants 249 spell damage if you heal an ally at full health 50% chance I believe. And A$AP Rocky is a rapper, he has an A$AP gang. I just do A$AP as a little reference to see if another person would get it, but it is ASAP in the end. @Silver_Strider You can take it that way as well, it is fact after all lol..gotta get that IC DLC.

Edit: (2 items) Adds 967 Max Magicka

(3 items) Adds 967 Max Magicka

(4 items) Adds 129 Spell Damage

(5 items) When you heal a friendly target that is at 100% Health, you have a 50% chance to increase their Weapon and Spell Damage by 258 for 10 seconds.

Don't be a Nightblade, no one will believe you can handle it.

For the record; I love my Nightblade healer (and I stomp ass), but I can't even count the number of groups I've been kicked from before we even start just because I'm a Nightblade.

This will only contribute to the problem.

It's also bad advice: a player will excel playing the class/character he wants over the one someone else wants.

A proficient player will do more with a mediocre build than a poor player with the "best" build.

    More tips:

Your priority is always the tank. If a DPS is being a problem, politely point it out and remind them that they will never get healed before the tank, so they can't always expect an instant heal or spam heals if they're going to pull mobs/stand in red/et al.

There's a good chance, in any game, that some other group member--often the tank--will criticize your healing even if you've been healing perfectly. "I see you want to dps but just stick to healing" etc. The only proper response is, "Have I kept everyone alive? Is there a specific problem?" If there aren't any deaths or problems, then, "I don't tell you how to do your job so not really appropriate to tell me how to do mine."

There are nuances to healing; I prefer to debuff foes first (less incoming damage, less to heal), buff allies next (more outgoing damage = less incoming damage to heal), use shields, pick off low-life or renegade targets (like that dpser who keeps getting distracted), maintain HoTs/reactive heals, then directly heal. I've been effective at that across multiple games but many only think a healer can only spam "red bar go up" skills.

If you mess up, own up to it; it's the truth and it diffuses frustration and keeps others from troubleshooting unnecessarily--especially in an environment where many are prone to scapegoating. Besides, a healer trying to be competent is preferable over spamming "LF Healer" in chat or waiting in the queue.

Healing in this game is far less tedious than in other games; I'd say that's one distinctive ESO has, so don't be put off by healing in this game if you were bored with it in other games.
