I bought the game, can someone activate my account?

Hi, as a beta player who decided not to buy the game until 3 days ago, I believe my account is still only at trial status. I believe this because in my account page it says "Account Status: Active - Trial" next to ... I bought The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind (the $59.99 version that includes the original game) and have been able to login to everything except the actual game client. (which has finally downloaded after two days of grueling "patchfail_unziperror" messages)...anyway... I keep getting an error message that says, "Login failed...userID and/or password may be incorrect or inactive..." Don't worry I know I'm not entering the wrong password and have gone through the account recovery process a few times now. It's extremely frustrating that this seems to be the only way to contact any kind of support because after seeing how many people the "patchfail_unziperror" bug effected, I can only imagine there are quite a few people left with this issue as well...at least if they are a returning beta/trial player. So, yeah, I bought the game, if somebody could activate my account, that would be great.

If you've bought the Morrowind version of the game, then you won't be able to play until Morrowind comes out. :(

But it says it includes the original version of the game...Which is currently available and paid for...So, is this false advertisement?

And by that I mean, you can choose to purchase Tamriel Unlimited for $29.99, giving you access to that game which is required before you can buy Morrowind for $29.99...Or you can buy the combined version for $59.99, which it says it includes the original, playable version of the game. Why would they mislead me to make me believe I was purchasing both versions of the game, when apparently they did not allow me to purchase access to the original game as they said they did in the ad leading me to buy the game...

I mean if the original game includes access to the original game, and the original game were included in the bundle...Wouldn't the original game being included in the bundle include access to the original game being included with the original game? Is anyone who has been playing for the past couple of years that bought the expansion suddenly restricted access? Or, did they download some extra patch data that they still don't have access to just like the rest of us?

    Bump.

I apologize for my frustrated composure, but, I am serious...Why do I deserve to be treated differently than someone who might have bought both versions of the game separately on the same day, instead of at the same time as a bundle? This is unfair. Bundling should have made things easier...

I know it's confusing - and a little unfair as well - but the problem is that even though the Morrowind bundle contains the base game (which is currently playable), the bundle itself is under pre-order and won't be available until the 22nd for PC players or the 6th of next month for console players. Unless your vendor has a means to split the bundle and send you the base game in advance (which I doubt, to be honest) then there's no way to play until Morrowind is released.

Regardless of the fact it includes the base game, the entity called "The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind" does not launch until 6 June. Meaning all parts of the entity will be available on 6 June and not before. To play the game right now, you need to buy something that is available for purchase right now.

Yeah, I get where you're coming from. Exactly the same. I assumed, like every other game and MMO out there, that buying Morrowind with Original Game included as part of the package, would mean you could play said original game right away. Considering it's just a tick in a box on an account somewhere.

The only "Solution" I was given was to refund the game, buy the original game, and then the upgrade for more money or wait. Considering that it was purchased directly from Zenimax, it's not like they'd have trouble figuring out who should have access to what.

All in all, It's not the end of the world, but perhaps a 'Warning: You will not be able to access ESO until Morrowind launch' might have been nice in the store. Considering they've happily taken the money, but I'm out of luck until launch date.

I'm in the same boat here. Account status shows "Active - Trial". I haven't played since the beta and a welcome back weekend in 2015. I tried to purchase the gold edition last night but the website says I don't qualify. Same with the base game and the ESO Plus subscription. I bought the only thing the site would let me purchase and that is the Morrowind Digital download. I finally get the game downloaded and I can't log in. My account status still shows Active - Trial. At this point, there is literally nothing left for me to buy. I am not eligible to purchase anything in the store. I deleted the game thinking I had done something wrong and I'm now downloading it again. Any help is greatly appreciated.
