Bear ultimate =/= Werewolf :(

While the bear is quite awesome, it has a few setbacks... Like despawning in close quarters with its wide collision making it useless in tight spaces or getting too close to any minor object. Its command attack can miss if the intended target moves while the animation goes off. And if you plan on having Pack Leader bringing along two wolves with a bear, tough luck as they're both Ultimate Slots. Like with any pet the bear has to be slotted to remain active and you can't do that with Werewolf also being an Ultimate slot.

I guess they figured having bear continue to do his auto attacks combined with you using another ultimate that wasn't the bear power attack would be too OP.

Personally, I think they could have made the bear a toggle and let you use another ultimate on the off bar since the bulk of the bear's damage comes from the active ultimate cast. Do sorc pets despawn when you wolf out?

Pack leader WW morph (all the baby wolves) plus bear following you around would be epic.

It already is a toggle, toggles like the sorc pets have to be on both bars. I'm pretty sure they despawn if you use the WW ulti, since they won't be slotted on that bar (same happens if you don't slot them in overload bar).

I saw multiple times the bear trying to do heavy attack by standing on rear paws and then ... enemy slips away and bear misses. Rather hillarious than effective attack
