Group Ult Reduction set, Similar to Ebon/Worm Cult/Savior sets?

Would you be interested in a Group Ult Cost reduction set that is similar in function to the Ebon/Worm Cult/Savior sets? Something perhaps like:
Rallying Cry Set:
(5 piece Bonus): When your ultimate falls to 0, up to 12 nearby allies gain [x] Ultimate (cooldown of 20 seconds per player)

Just look at all the people who think ebon is better than all else because it adds a negligible amount of hp.

The only groups I know that run Sanctuary Set are those that struggle to survive (or are building higher survivability but cutting other things) in vMoL hard mode. Otherwise, the Worm cult set is great for team cost reduction (everyone's using magicka anyways), and Mending is great for reducing incoming damage (I recommend this over Sanctuary).
Is worms necessary? No, but it eases the job of DPS by a lot. I haven't played in Morrowind at all, but I imagine with sustain issues it's even more desirable.Edited by IronCrystal on May 26, 2017 9:19PMMake PC NA raiding great again!
