The quests now reward me little experience and I feel significantly less rewarded for completing quests than when I leveled my tank just before Morrowind. At level 25 i need about 39k XP to level up and a quest rewards ~2k.Additionally, all quests now provide more experience to help even the leveling time between those that complete quests versus simply killing monsters.

SickDuck✭✭✭✭✭I'm pretty sure 300k for levelling is a typo, 30k is more likely at that level.
Quests can give a wide range of xp as reward, depending on the complexity of the quest. They used to have a limit of 10% xp needed for the next level. For example if you need 30k for the next level than quests can give 3k base xp maximum. This will be adjusted with various bonuses like ambrosia, scroll or eso+. With that in mind 2k seems an average reward at your level.
Not sure if questing should be faster for leveling or not compared as before - I've no idea on the current quest xp values. ✭✭✭✭✭It looks like Morrowind quests have an pretty low reward, long quests with lots of running around, also its so many players around you don't kill much, had been in quest dungeons with more players than enemies.
To compare this, I took my level 14 warden to one of the public dungeons early this morning, I was level 16 after 10 minutes at the end of zone two.
On the other hand the group dungeon quest tend to give a lot of xp, with enlightenment I have manged to jump two cp levels.Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.1 -
