    well, it has been almost 22 hours, no responce and game wont load nor repair properly.
    ill get some sleep and try again tomorrow.

    Same here, getting error 11 and repair is downloading for about 8 hours even though I have the game already installed. Submitted ticket and got the same copy and paste that is on the support site even though I said I had tried the trouble shooting. @ZOS_GinaBruno

    I'm having the same problem. So far, none of the solutions for this sort of thing are working. Anyone know how to fix this?

    After repairing several times and letting the launcher redownload the whole game, I finally got past the insta crash! However, my game does spend some 10 seconds on the initial black screen while my mouse cursor has the windows wheel that you see when a program isn't responding. But better that than not being able to play at all though.

    Been in a loading and repairing loop for more than 24 hours now.
    Deleted launcher and redownloaded game.
    Support suggested I do it again, which didn't help.
    Still getting Fatal Error 15 immediately.
    Trying another repair.

    It's been almost 3 hours since I responded to support, with no answer or additional suggestion.

    i gave up and tried launching from the folder, and it works now.
    if i launch from the launcher it fails but the folder works like a charm now.

    Same, but that was after the fourth time of downloading the entire game and doing a repair 4 times.

    Also, updated windows and Nvidia drivers. Not sure why the launcher wont work still, but glad the exe file does, at least I can get some 'early access' access.
    Been here since Feb 2014 - You'd think I'd be half reasonable at this game by now...

    Hi Gina the story so far. Sorry use Crash reporter so no ticket number, although as the crash reporter has our ID's a ticket number could be generated emailed or displayed on the loader screen the next time we load it or directly send you or a specified team the report ticket from the crash reporter.

    Latest update I got repair button game re downloaded update twice. was going for third attempt. I Killed it.
    I transferred old copy of first tam update and it's loader then started it as expected the game loader came up with PLAY instead of REPAIR.

    However upon selecting play screen goes black as normal however before the client loads I get an OLD problem error.
    "eso encountered a fatal error. (Error 11)"

    Most of the people here may not know about having to log into their account and get a code as ZOS delete their IP's so when they log into their accounts in the Elder Scrolls Online website or steam account. (Do not know if that applies for steam as I have earlier version before it went to steam.) they should get something like "Your IP has changed please check your email and enter the code"
    Once they submit the code and get into their account they may be able to play the game, UNLESS they have the same issue as me.

    I am now doing a full download of the game, and stopping it changing to the version that completed and send the crash error reports back so I'm sorry I do not have a ticket for them. The supplied information in those reports I hope may shed some light on the problem.

    Things to note The error 11 code and crash reporter FAILED to come up on first full downloading of update as loader was unable to properly install thus locked on REPAIR.
    I doubt most players would take the time to have older backups to test for future install failures to see if there is a conflict between current game and latest update/patch.

    I hope this information assists you and your team to fix and address the issue.
    I would rather be playing the game than reading the problems and having to let you know of the issues.
    However if this information helps then it has served it's purpose.

    Hi to get a consultant file please follow these steps:
    1. Open Launcher.
    2. At the top you will see icons at the top right hand side of the launcher window. Select the one that looks like a cog or circle.
    3. in this window there should be Options, under that ABOUT. ABOUT should be highlighted down the bottom of the text should be a window with Game Consultant in it press that press run tests. Follow the instructions.
    4. once done press open Report location
    5. you should now have a report you can submit.

    Nope. Game still crashes for me. I guess I'll need to buy a new PC just to play a game that use to work fine on this PC. Was planning to buy a new PC anyways, but now I'm gonna miss my chance to reset my skill points at a cheaper price. Oh well, guess I won't do that then.

    i believe it is a corrupted launcher, i do not think buying a new PC is in order for this situation.
    i also had to reboot my PC before it began to work properly, so maybe try a reboot just incase.

    and i am still loading and starting eso directly from the exe folder and it works perfectly, but the eso launcher simply crashes and wont let me in.
    Launching Directly from the Folder works like a charm after a reboot of my PC.

    however, every single time we get a new patch the eso launcher is causing problems and i simply cant use it. it has been this way since 2013.
