Crash Upon Launch

The game is crashing every single time I attempt to launch it. No idea what is going on here. Can I please have some sort of help? This is-very unnecessary and makes no sense!

    I am having this as well. As soon as the game launches, it gives the a-typical ESO crash 'we're sorry an unexpected...'. It happens in both 32 and 64bit.

    Removing the Elder Scrolls Online folder in My Documents to let it generate a new one does not help either.

    I have the exact same issue myself. :(

    I've tried using the Launcher, no Launcher, both 32 and 64 bit versions, deleted the ESO folder on Documents, I've run several repairs, restarted computer and it still crashes instantly.

    Same here, I'm stuck in an endless loop of repairing and re-downloading, then the bar drops back to 0 and we start all over again. Going to try a couple more things and then give up for today. :(

    Ye'h. Still happening for me even after the new patch. This is very stupid. How does Zenimax NOT even know about this and NOT done anything to address the problem? It is an obvious blatant issue and not even a new patch helps fixed it.

    Have any of you tried disabling your addons? Rename the folder for a quick way to do this before you launch the game.
    Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

    I don't use mods/addons. Game was completely working fine for me before, and nothing changed about my PC to make the game not work. There is literally no reason for my game to crash unless Zenimax updated the graphics, and therefore increasing the min requirements to play ESO.

    Having the same problem. Can't get into game at all. I usually run 64 bit and that is how it is configured currently. Nothing else has changed except todays update.

    Same for me, repair and reinstalling didn't work, neither deleting the eso folder.

    Ok found how to submit a ticket but it wants an error code (there is no error code, just the crash report window which I have already submitted half a dozen times.) Also wants me to submit a consultant file and I don't know how to do that. I see there is a video but I'm just a 63 year old lady hoping to play my game that worked yesterday. I'll have to find someone who can come and help me understand how to do the file but no one available right now.

    #170522-003467. is my ticket number and i was able to get help to get the report generated and attached it to the ticket.

    Game was just fine before this update...

    I am playing with a Titan GeForce X via graphics accelerator attached to my alienware laptop. I tried running instead with the GPU that is built in to the laptop and that did not help. I get the same crash with either card.

    i am using alienware. Can you guys check and confirm which graphics card it is showing on the crash report. on mine it's the integrated graphics. It's not even detecting the Nvidia one.

    My crash report window shows the Nvidia one when i scroll through it.

    @ToxicPAWS you mentioned in the other thread that the optimisation option for ESO is gone on Nvidia, I just checked and no longer have it either.

    @Ryuuhime - it's not an Nvidia Issue as the game was working fine this morning. It's something borke with the update in the game itself.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno - can we get a technical person look into this pls..........?

    Alrighty then. I'm just gonna keep repairing it and trying out. Maybe eventually it'll work for me as well.
