    (1) Massive zergs whenever it was decided that you needed to take something over. This is not a new phenomenon but it *is* the way you usually operate.

    everyone *

    (2) Nibbling us to death by waiting until the last 2 minutes of each hour then jumping half of our resources.

Saw jolly aul Saramis and his merry men at Black Boot resources yesterday 3m before an eval. Had to double check if I wasn't at Kingscrest.

    (3) Most importantly, EP and AD abandoning all pretense of other activities and simultaneously attacking us with most of your factions whenever we began to make back a few points.

Tends to happen on occasion in a three-way fight. Saturday morning EP where in third after a pain train session of DC+AD through the night. Goes in cycles. 2nd will focus 1st, 3rd focuses 2nd. 1st focuses 2nd. If you are in 2nd, you are in a bad spot.

While the majority of what's being said here is positive, there have been a few kinda weak comments from DC players and it's always embarrassing to witness folks who don't know how to lose. DC was like a few dozen points behind and fought well. Y'all won the last bunch of campaigns so calm down. I know the majority of DC are good sports and grownups so this will not affect my high esteem for that faction.

Well this is a bummer. I'm a dad and I couldn't stay on all night to fight for the side, but I'm happy for you. However, I must throw just a bit of cold water on your pseudo-noble self-congratulations.

You make it sound like you were engaged in a valiant battle against vast odds, fighting the good fight against two implacable opponents. However, I was there most days of this last campaign fighting like hell and I will tell you how those points were really scored. (and yes, I am a DC player)

Congratulations on your rewards, but please don't behave as if much of your tactics were anything other than a coldly calculated attempt to leverage the point-award system to make certain above all that we lost. We fought hard and did the best we could and I'm proud of everyone (including you EP and AD) who fought and died for the cause.

Sorry we played the game and didn't sit getting farmed at the mile gate all night. The game stay the game yo

Well, blues faceplanting into the west side of Chalman is a time honored tradition, as is reds potatoing into the Alessia gates or AD getting oil baths on the Alessia bridge.

This was my first TF campaign as something other than an occasional guest and I was impressed at how well EP coordinated together in zone chat and worked hard for a victory. No matter how many times EP got pushed back to 2 or 3 keeps, the faction stayed positive, rallied and pushed right back. Nor was it all work -- the zone chat "12 days" parody poking fun at a Christmas tree zerg of players wearing worm, ebon and sanctuary sets with prox dets up was a memorable event.

And I am now convinced that Saramis thinks Kingscrest is the one objective on the map worth 20 points.

And as for capping resources right before eval... well that's how you get points. That's be like complaining a football team keeps running running the ball to one end of the field instead of staying in the middle. :D

Hey now, it's not the 12 days of Christimas, it's: On this day, Papa Wrobel gave to me...

Also, I was glad to see some groups(that started the cycle with farming) actually focused on objectives at the end. It took several individuals being hardasses to accomplish this, but EP now knows what's possible when there aren't EP farming at Ash/Nikel,Roe farm, etc.

Congrats all around, was a pretty competitive campaign, sans the huge oceanic/Japanese DC zerg pvdooring.

You do know that one of the largest Japanese Oceanic guilds (Wormhole) went from to DC to EP at the start of the last campaign. Much credit could be given to them for helping to balance out that timezone and helping to ensure EP's victory.

You do know that they ran a guild raid like 10 times the entire cycle during this time period, right? Winds des Lachens were more of a factor than the Wormhole rerolls. This is not even mentioning the questionable behavior Wormhole displayed--placing a DC scroll at Kings? LOL,nah mate, no one is that stupid on purpose.

Also, if one of the "largest Japanese Oceanic guilds" came to EP, then explain how DC could almost lockpop on a daily basis?

You sound a bit salty and a bit unaware of what times Oceanic players log on during the timezone. I could easily show you a map where EP has more population and organized guild about an hour or so before our guild logs on DC. This is usually how EP crowned Emp. I could also show you map where yellow has more pop and large zergs after half of our DC guild logs off. This time also happens to be around the time that Wormhole logs on as well.

The oceanic timezone doesn't begin at exactly the same time and end at the same time. There are periods of times where each faction has the upper hand in terms of population and organization. And all 3 factions engage in pvdooring. Be happy Wormhole went to EP. Their move was a big difference in helping EP win the campaign. Give them credit.

p.s. ahh...just realized who you are. yes, I'm guessing your salty.

Because correcting your blatant fabrications is salty? I can understand why you're projecting when you came into a congrats thread to start drama and salt. I understand, it's alright. You want to feel apart of the victory and that's why you're insisting Wormhole did more than they did. Also, I'm giggling like a little school girl at the assertion that EP could PvDoor during Oceanic primetime. 2 bars EP going to PvDoor against a locked pop of DC, alright. :D

That weekend push was quite a rush. Didn't sleep enough, but it was worth it. Good job folks!

The fact that after 28 days it came down to less than 50 points difference is just awesome.

There are some salty post here and really don't need to be, Screen shots could be taken at any time over the 30 days to make any side look good or bad.

All comes down to EP AD & DC all played well and EP played 50 points better. They played better on the last few days and won.

Grats on the win and Perma Emp Meth. Thumbs Up

    Hello everyone,

This post is to let you know that we've felt it necessary to put this thread down, as it seemed to have died some time ago. At this time we'd like to try and keep Draugr threads from roaming around front page, pushing down newer and more lively threads.

Though if you are a new player looking for some guilds to join, we recommend checking here. Here you can find many guilds recruiting across all platforms and servers.

    Thank you for understanding!
