Do you need a NEW sign in for the support portal or is it based on your ESO Acount userid psswd

I am trying to activate my Physical copy of Marrowind in the Support Portal. After I put in my fourm/account id and password in the log in link. The id link doesnt activate after a mouse over. But the sign in link does.

✭✭✭✭✭You use your game credentials to log in to support. Do you mean the button is not clickable? If so, disable any extensions you have running. Normally adblocker makes the log in button not clickable for some reason.
