I had already morphed it. I am a CP 630 stamina character, and had it ranked to 4 "Poison Injection". It was at that morph on the Morrowind patch when I first logged in. It changed to a level 1 "Poison Arrow" after I respec'd. None of my other morphs lost their levels.

I'm saying that I have re-leveled it after the Homestead Patch, it was already number 5 in the line. I am talking about the Morrowind Patch that happened today. It was already leveled when I logged in. I respec'd and it is not anymore. The skill was completely leveled after Homestead this patch happened on 5-22-17.

I play PC, I am on Morrowind patch, not Homestead.

you only have to morph it again, once morphed it will be at lvl4 maxed out
