I'm pretty sure it only gives it to the casting templar, not everyone it hits. It's an overall nerf since you already have a passive that gives you massive defense when casting it.
Does it matter? It was way more valuable to have 20% damage reduction to your team than the selfish 30% buff that only affects the casting templar. Not much to heal if everyone besides you is dead.leepalmer95 wrote: »It lasts for 4s after you finish casting.

First, you have to read my post. Then you have to read the patch note.
Rite of Passage is the base unmorphed ability and currently does not give ANY type of damage reduction. Of any sort.
If what they wrote is accurate, then Practiced Incantation will now give the caster damage reduction and also increase the duration of the heal from 4 seconds to 6 seconds.

Honestly now its probably worth it to take Practiced Incantation over Remembrance.
