    I am really pissed. Why is it not possible to preload such big updates...

    100% was able to get it downloaded before I left for work, but unfortunately, maintenance was still going on so I haven't been able to log in yet. Can't wait until 8 PM EST tonight!

    my ipv6 is not working keep on getting dns errors for internet, so its reset several times after I tried fixing it. so annoying ever since i updated to windows 10 keep on getting *** things i have to run around and try to fix, the other week it was missing dll files

    It should, since the localizations are set in the "config" which is located in your Documents\Elder Scrolls Online folder.

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client\

    Sorry, I was thinking the path for the game 'saved variables' folder, which is Documents & Settings\Elder Scrolls Online\Live\...
    You shouldn't have to mess with anything in that folder. Just copy the game client folder to the other computer. Addons and configurations/localizations shouldn't change as they are saved in your Documents folder.
