✭✭✭✭I used to get the patch manifest error a lot - if that happens, try closing the launcher without running repair, and see whether you can launch the game from the .exe - if it's anything like it used to be, you may not need to run a repair, it's just the launcher out of synch with the patch version on the servers and can be bypassed.
