No, just that ZOS has a slightly more bonkers idea of what a preorder bonus is than I thought. Also, when you look at both the main store page and on steam, it actually splits those five bonuses off (well, Steam doesn't even think they exist). So, no, that's on me. As far as I can tell, you need to actually look at the FAQ @Acrolas, posted to learn those are permanent bonuses for CE owners.
WarMasterCyp wrote: »I'm assuming the pre-order bonuses are tied to the digital key, so I'd expect to get all bonuses from a digital copy of the expansion. Physical copies obviously have their own keys in the box, so you'd probably have to wait until you have that in your hands before you can input that key and get your bonuses. That being said, it's possible the early access might give you the preorder bonuses, but since the early access given to physical collector's edition preorders are effectively temporary keys, you'd still have to put in your own key to keep them.
This thread is for digital versions of Morrowind NOT physical
Right, well the digital versions are tied to a key. Early Access is simply giving you access to your purchase early. I fully expect all bonuses and items to be given on the 22nd.

No, he's correct. So long as the Collector's Edition is available for purchase, it will automatically include the Discovery Pack.
We just haven't received indication yet on how long after launch the CE will be offered.

Gina responded to this question here, ALL items will be available to PC players on May 22nd for those who pre-ordered.
"Two questions:
1. Will double bank space for ESO+ start on May 22?
2. Will the additional items that come with the Morrowind purchase (horse, pet, maps etc...) be availble on May 22?
Yes and yes."
I've seen a few examples recently of people going off on a bit of a rage because there were other discussions going on in a thread, or other people asked questions, or people replied in broader terms and addressed more points than the OP made originally.
I would just like to remind people that when you post a thread in a public place on the internet, you do not own the content of that thread, and cannot dictate the direction in which discussion flows. If the person/people responsible for moderation of the forums feel that it has drifted too far off topic to be useful, then they will deal with that situation.
Telling people that they should not post or they haven't directly answered your question is not polite, and doesn't endear people towards helping you. It is not "your" thread. It's on a forum, and as soon as you post it, it is open for responses, regardless of whether or not you like those responses.

Maybe it's my browser or my habit of automatically scrolling down to bottom of any page first to get sense of how long the content page is, but when I view the main pre-order link page http://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/preorder
it has a pretty nice checkmark table. Kinda the usual back in the days when ppl used to buy actual in store hard copies of software, like a Symantec antivirus box showing similar table graph with features checkmark showing difference between versions.
I just looked at that and saw fairly intuitively that larger $$ purchasers got the discovery pack included that the 2 lower price versions had to pre order to get.
Not complaining but would have been nice to get even a single cosmetic, sort of like the beta monkey pet or whatever, for CE pre orders. On the other hand, I like and appreciate won't be missing anything by waiting, so there's always an upside.

Yeah, and I was checking Steam, which only lists the collector's edition bonuses (sans the preorder items), hence it looked like those were preorder only.

Heaven forbid anyone not conform to the intentions of a snowflake who just must have his thread.

I never controlled anything I was just saying it is off topic.. that's the reason the forums is separated into different threads and not into a single one.
What you are writing had nothing to do with the topic and it is considered spam and trolling which is a forum offense. There is nothing that can justifying going into a thread and just saying stuff that has nothing to do with anything.
If I went on a thread and started saying " I like cheese burgers" that would be considered troll and spam and I would expect my account to be punished.
End of story, the end.

Back on topic... OP what do you think 'maps' refer to? It's part of the DISCOVERY PACK and Gina clearly stated they will be available on May 22nd.

Okay, let's look...ZOS_GinaBruno wrote: »The items from the Discovery Pack will be available to use once Morrowind releases on June 6.
Yes, okay, that would seem to indicate that the preorder items will become available once Morrowind releases, and that the release of Morrowind would be on June 6.
Easy enough.ZOS_GinaBruno wrote: »
No, wait, okay, so here we have Gina saying that it will be available tomorrow. So, which is it? It's the 6th or the 22nd?
Well, let's look at the posts.
"Yes 'n yes," was written on May 18th, three days ago. "Discovery pack," was written on January 31st.
But, given that the early access hadn't been announced in January, it'd be kinda strange if ZOS was announcing that the preorder would become available at a specific date before the release of Morrowind.
After all, since Early Access was announced on May 10th, why would a post in January say that the release date was being moved to May 22nd? Maybe it's an oversight. But Gina did give us one very useful piece of information. Let's look again.ZOS_GinaBruno wrote: »The items from the Discovery Pack will be available to use once Morrowind releases on June 6.
Notice that, this time? The items will become available once Morrowind releases. But, because Morrowind isn't releasing on the 6th, for PC players in early access, clearly we'll never get our Discovery packs at all.
Or, you know, we'll get them tomorrow, because the Morrowind patch will dump them into the live build, and at that point anyone with the entitlement attached to their account will have some new toys to play with (and an entire island to wander around murdering people on.)
