They *only* drop from Drodda of Icereach, locked chests, and rare mob set item drops in Direfrost Keep.
RNG is gonna be horrible though

✭✭✭✭✭Yeah just got one in sturdy. But shields I think have an even smaller chance of dropping than weapons or something like that.0
