Are NA PS4 servers having problems? I've been trying to login all morning and keep getting timed out or error 100 code. I can login to EU servers fine. I've looked around and not seeing anything indicating problems but I'm at a loss as I've tried all the troubleshooting tips.

good info here and the tip on unplugging any peripherals on your USB ports ( i had a wireless min keyboard dongle) worked for me0 -

Fallen_Ray✭✭✭✭✭Just a piece of info OP. Solved the issue the problem was the router (my ISP provides a modem/router). It wasn't just affecting ESO, i couldn't access youtube.com nor the eso account webiste (https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/). Forwarding ports, disabling firewall nor placing the PS4 in DMZ worked. I tested connecting my ps4 to the cellphone's hotspot and to my surprise it let me login PS4 NA.

have the same issue but am able to play on EU servers just fine
