Bought Morrowind Preorder but no Confirmation

I purchased the Morrowind Digital Upgrade Edition through your website store (that was insecure). It would not give me a confirmation link. Stopped after payment and said contact Administrator with a reference number (not sure i should post in option forum). I only put this in the forum because there is no obvious way to contact ZOS directly. I have submitted an in-game ticket and await the automated response modus operandi. My bank is showing the payment as processing but my Billing History under ESO Account website shows no sale of the Edition. Thank you for your time and expedient response to this in advance. - Brass

    I have tried the Customer Service link that wasn't obvious to find, but it never sends a code to my linked address. Nor to my other email address (just in case).

    First things first, it might just be a glitch on the website, so check your account page to see if it has been added to your account, under account summery, on the right hand side it should have a picture of the game cover and the details, the first line of details should say something like "THE ELDER SCROLLS® ONLINE: MORROWIND® DIGITAL EDITION", if it says tha, then it's all gone through fine and you don't need to do anything else.
