Make ele drain only work for the caster and not anyone else. It's a free cast 
No fair repentence is the only free cast skill with group support to get nerfed. Also make it so only 1 person can cast it in the group.

Im of the opinion all resource management skills should be templared. What you want to DD? Sorry that sorc next to you just used his. Yours is on 20 second cooldown. Oh you will just go all glows hands to regen? Sorry that sorc on the other side of you is doing that, you are locked out until they are done. Oh wait? Did I say cooldown and locked out? I meant you can still do them and look stupid waving your arms in the air, but nothing will happen.5 -

And tbfh, nothing should be mandatory, but everything should be desired. Repent has npthing to do with it as no healer runs repentence in any serious end-game trial, even if there is stam dps present.1 -

Also agree here, zenimax is shooting themselves in the foot by punishimg players for leveling up in a game where you have to be at least close to max to compete. And then they decide to completely micromanage how everyone plays in the first place by tackling issues that are not much of a problem in the first place.

Oh you mean like all the hot topics like siphoning strikes and sorc changes? Yeh I like how tthey shove that *** in at the last notice.
When they lock thing like that outside of the beta testing so nobody can observe/test/bugtrack, or even critisize.. It's so they can railroad it through to live while screaming 'we don't care'.
