What he described is so generic, it does the same thing as what CE did...edit memory. I'm sure because of what he said now you are going to be able to hack ESO.
Pretty sure that 90% of the supposed 'cheating' out there is just competent players running some extreme cancer builds. You wouldn't believe what some of these sets allow...

Pretty sure the game devs have a better understanding of how cheats work and how to stop them than some random guy on the forums.

What ZOS needs to do is create a Zero Tolerance policy for provable cheating. Instead, they allowed known cheaters to return to the game or create alt accounts.
This is how you stop cheating.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1OimzDPqDiA

I guess OP knows what's up but has no idea how to communicate it. Let me explain, there is no single program to cheat with. You can grab a C++ compiler and start hacking the game through functionality provided by the Windows OS. OP is complaining that the developers have not spent any efforts in protecting the game client from hacks, but that's not the correct approach. Since the game is server sided, in theory it is literally impossible to cheat, provided the correct checks on player network requests are done server side. OP is probably angry about the devs missing one check that enables cheating, but asking for an anticheat technology for the client is just useless.
By all means, go ahead and use it.Not gonna share it nor am I gonna use it.

Glad we don't have to deal with this on consoles. :-D
Cheat engine gone lol think again. But I agree with everything else. They really need to do something and keep a firm stance on it and NOT unban people caught. Don't even give them a warning, just drop them for good

Let us know the results, that is, if you can after you've been banned.
There are several tools ZoS uses to determine hacks, which clearly they're not going to elaborate on.
You may not get caught today, or tomorrow, but you will get caught.
So go ahead and use those "just 50 lines of code". I triple dog dare you.
