✭✭✭✭✭It is also worth mentioning yes that a home is a useful place to film in, should you wish to make films.
Khajiit always used to use the usually empty home of a local though this was less than ideal at times as others would occasionally wander in at just the wrong moment.

You can use a not used House as Stock for your Furnitures.
Train at the Skelleton.
One of my guilds have over 12 Settables in the Guild HQ
And finally its really good for the Immersion if you have a Place your chars can rest, Work or make Party.
So yes Housing is fine. Sadly its not complete, to less furniture Slots, and Big Buildings feel empty, there is no way to place your Twinks.
