✭✭✭✭2H is the strongest weapon right now. As long as it's made from wood, shoots flame or lightning and the wielder is wearing robes. Any other weapon just won't do for endgame content

Well, it has one good dot when DW has one good and one weak dot. Not a lot of people use blade cloak (they will be more with the change, of course), and twin slashes and cleave are close in term of dps (80% of total ts' damage while being aoe, with more initial damage and less dot). With the good bonus direct hit took with the cp change, the dot advantage has diminished, giving even more power to 2H.
Dunno if it'll be enough, but it's definitively something to consider.0 -

You can even get acceptable dps for the easier vet trials.

@#&^! it, staff dmg better get increased as well!!!!!!
2h has always been pretty OP anyway... it was the meta for years (still is if PVP users are any indicator)0 -

Exactly none of the 2H pvp tool has been increased with these patchs. Except if you consider light attack and the splash damage as a huge pvp power when using 2H, or if you often fight agains cleave users.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Seems like it might be an option now. Wrecking blow's empower will be nice when woven with higher damage light attacks now, aoe potential is getting close to dw with the splash damage and carve changes, and the recent boost to reverse slash.
Just need to pair it with a class that has a stamina dot ability. Templar or Dragon knight are good options. Not sure about night blade but the change to grim focus might help.
