Mount Upgrades Suggestion

I'd like to see the ability to pre-purchase mount speed upgrades from the stable master. For example, I'd like to purchase 10 mount speed upgrades at once which would upgrade over the course of 10 days (or however long the cooldown actually is). The upgrades could be applied even if the character is offline. I don't believe this idea would ruin the value of crown store mount upgrades, it still would upgrade at the same speed. Nor do I believe that it would take away the advantage that "older" players have (higher endurance/speed mounts).

My biggest issue with playing ESO at times is that it feels like I have a laundry list of chores to do once I log on. It gets worse the more character you have. Allowing pre-purchasing of mount upgrades allows the player to experience less of a "chore list" of things to do. Having to log on/walk each character every day to a stable master is somewhat ridiculous. I'm completely fine with the speed of which the mounts are upgraded, I just don't enjoy logging on to each individual character every day to solely upgrade a mount... There's nothing fun about loading screens. I truly believe this would make the game more enjoyable, and I don't believe it would be that hard to implement (write the code).

Yeah I think this would be pretty cool, or even just select one of the three values and have it always automatically feed the mount.

This could also be a feature for ESO Plus members

That actually sounds like an interesting idea. Those who want things fast still have the crown store option, but those that don't mind one day at a time would be freed up for a few days of stable running yet still progress at the standard rate/time. Would also be helpful since days get skipped because life does sometimes make logging in for a day or so impossible.

I think its time to increase at least base speed of mount by 10-20% by default. Its ridicolous how slow 'factory-new' horses are where you can outrun them on foot.

Lets look at this in this way, base mount speed was declared when, like 3 years ago when game launched? Since then the area of exploration in game increased twice or even more. Its logical that changes needs to be made to adapt. And in this scenario ZOS should adapt mount speed to growing game environment.

Players have more places to go and they should be given means to reach them faster when Wayshrine network is not sufficient.

The whole reason behind that daily labor is to get people to log in. Probably to boost some numbers in statistics like "eso is successfull as xxx people log in every day."

While this is an interesting idea, I also agree with Chilly-McFreeze here
The whole reason behind that daily labor is to get people to log in.

So maybe a small adjustment, you can pre-purchase (10) mount upgrades which would upgrade over the course of (10) days, but would only be applied once you log in for the day. Basically it would just remove the requirement to take the time to visit a stable, but still require you to log in. This doesn't sound like much of an advantage but still removes the "chore" factor.

Or if you want to have it also be applied offline, then make it cost more gold to do it that way. So you have the option to purchase 1 upgrade per day for 250 gold, or pay for 10 upgrades (which would upgrade over the course of 10 days even offline) for 5000 gold (500g each)

While this most likely true, its probably based upon login when you enter your user name and password. While there probably is a statistic regarding individual character login, I doubt it's as important. Login statistics would most likely remain the same because there is still a desire to complete other activities such as daily quests, dungeons, ect. Streamlining the mount upgrade system would only make the process more efficient and fluent for the player.

Mount upgrades need to be account wide.
