    Wow quite the opposite for me. Housing in eso is ALOT better. Everything else is better in ff 14 for me.

    Lol. Final Fantasy is the name of the series. Each one have their own story and ends with whatever number it is. So final fantasy ends its story there. Final fantasy 2 also ends its story there. One thing all the worlds have in common is the Gods. And they all appear in different forms in each game.

    While that might be true I still personally find it weird.

    Have not played a FF game since FF9. FF10 was such a piece of trash i could never look at one again.
    Side note: In my humble opinion, FF3 for snes is the best turn based rpg ever made.
    There are other worlds than these.

    Yeah. I tried it and got more lost than usual. I was supposed to go to a place and finally found it by bumping into it by accident. The map was practically unreadable. I love compasses and quest markers. They are godsends for the spatially challenged.

    So true lol. I have trouble with it too. The simplicity that is eso when it comes to mapping and teleporting is so good. I was so lost in ff 14 when I first started lol

    I don't see how housing as a whole is better in ESO.
    FFXIV housing has much better customization options(from changing the style of the house to the style of your walls) , a far superior housing editor(much more robust editor), has a higher item limit in houses, actual and dedicated guild halls, non instanced housing, all houses actually have a yard aka a plot, no micro transactions needed to buy any house, retainers can be summoned or placed at houses too, which equates to actual storage at your house.

    I couldn't stay awake playing ffxiv. Was definitely a polished old school style tab target mmo. Just really grindy for me and the combat was boring.

    My main problem with mmos like ffxiv is that all classes play the same and cannot be customized. While it's great for the balancing team, the game becomes monotonous after a while.

    Games like WoW have a nice middle point between structured classes with just enough wiggle room with gear, talent choices and specs so you don't get caged into one play style.

    Personally, I prefer FFXIV.

    I've played both and while I enjoyed the faster pacing of ESO, I enjoy a balanced, actually functioning game better.

    The imbalances, the bugs, the lag, etc. in ESO just built up to a point that I could no longer tolerate it and I quit.

    FFXIV has its issues sure but nowhere near the extent of ESO's problems, nor the quantity of problems.

    I played FF14 for a good while and can definitely say its excellent product...

    That said, I like ESO better...

    ESO has far superior PvP and has a lot more flexibility on how much you can tailor make your character to fit your vision of what he/she/it should be...

    Hello. While i like Eso story telling better ... FF14 a realm reborn has gameplay i just enjoy a lot more. While almost everyone i meet says FF14 skill bar system to WAY to complicated i really enjoy it ...But the thing that hooks me the most is the summoning not only do my pet get a lot of useful and power skills ... i can mix my pet skills in with my class skills ... it really feels like the true summoner experience (Lol Seeing that is what i mostly play in all RPG/MMOs). i think the big thing that eso has for more in where the MMO is ... i like elder scrolls so a MMO in Tamriel is nice to play ...
