    There is no recipe for skooma. Only sells from crowns on housing editor.

    Ok, so one thing is for sure, it can not be from crown store, because they do not sell the recipes on crown store, but the whole bubbler, right?

    I feel this item would be a nice drop from the Five Finger Dance, had that not been taken away from us so long ago.

    It's an instance from a quest in Reaper's March that can be re-entered after the quest is over. You used to be able to steal(just like the name implies) and kill the NPCs in it. But with there being no form of justice there, people got rich and racked up bounties in the millions. It may have also been a fast way to rack up CP, I don't recall the exp they gave or how fast they respawned.

    Some of the names were taken so I had to use special characters, and that reminds me I've been neglecting EU :(

    They are about 4-5K single use on PS4 NA. The diagram I think is still quite overpriced.
