✭You probably mean the attunable craft stations. Somwith these, you take them to a crafted set station (twice born star, Hundings Rage, etc) and "use" them. They then copy that station so that it becomes able to craft that set, and you can craft that set in your house.
You may tune these to a station ONE TIME only. Once used, they're permanently for that particular craft set.1 -
