2 Person VMA Option Would Benefit ESO

    Yes I support this!

    And it's not about making it easy - it's about playing with others. Yes we have DSA but why not MA as well? Just adjust the difficulty/health for the enemies to the number of people who run the thing.

    I don't mind the difficulty of vMA and it's nice to have some end game stuff to work for, but it's so incredibly boring to spend all that time in the arena all alone.

    I say we either hAve a seperate leaderboard for pairs or just don't score it, otherwise everything's the same.

    I agree that I prefer to run with people, it is why I play an MMO. However, vMA is designed as a single person instance and would take much work to redesign it for groups.

    I guess they would remove the vMA weapons and allow people to just duo it for fun. Would have no objection if it was done that way.

    A duo vMA would be fine, but you shouldn't get vMA weapons from it.

    Thank you for getting the point - it is about playing with others, especially in a game that allows and encourages team play in every other facet (outside the main story quests every 5 levels).

    Id be behind this- but they'd have to doulbe the health of every mob to compensate- and perhaps limit weapon cp or traits somehow. doing maelstrom is one of the prouder things in the game- and my weapons are a trophy of that. i don't ike the idea of players being able to get them so easily by going in with a healer. it dilutes the achievement itself.

    Vma is too long and has too much of a learning curve for me to want to try and complete only to be fristrated at crappy rewards later. Fix the rng and i might care.

    I understand your feelings, and sometimes I feel the same way.

    The only problem I have with myself when I start feeling that way is that it's not fair to some of the amazing healers in the game. Healing is very much a skill, but VMA (in its current state) is more about fast damage and keeping yourself alive (while doing damage). There's not much chance for a skilled healer to shine, especially skilled healers who excel at keeping teammates alive (because obviously, right now, VMA is single player).

    Completely agree with you. My friend and I dream of future 2 man content as the rest of our group can't play as much as we can. It would definitely have to be a new arena that required top level communication so you couldn't just have paying noobs finishing it. The possibilities are amazing and should really be considered. Especially since the resource nerfs coming up make some Maelstrom weapons like daggers a lot less useful. A nice way to combat the negativity out there surrounding Morrowind right now would be something new and fun like this. C'mon Zos

    If that will allows 2 players to enter I am fine with that they can even triple the stats.

    VMA is easy, having luck on your side to get the weapon you want from the RNG machine is hard.

    I would love to see some challanges/dungeons/arenas for a group of two players.

    I do not think we need a 3 man arena as we have solo one (VMA) and four players group! (VDSA)

    We need buff to VMA and VDSA weapons, if we go with another arena and same qeaker weapons then there is no meaning!

    Haha I see where you're coming from. Hopefully they wouldn't touch single player VMA, but simply add the ability to enter with two people. If it ever happens, then I just hope it won't be as wonky as using dungeon finder (random disconnects, removing from area timers with full groups, etc).
