Meteor in PVP

I want to use the Meteor Ultimate in PVP but it takes so long to get so I need to make sure I have it on the right class. What magicka class would you use it on for PVP and what weapons as well? I.E - MagDK w/ SB/Destro?

isn't the destro ult better?

Using meteor in combination with Fossilize on a mDK is a decent combo.

You hit meteor first and then Fossilize right after so that the enemy is stunned and doesn't have enough time to react just before getting hit with the meteor.

My thinking is I can get Meteor early just going around collecting lorebooks and skyshards but the destro ult requires level 50 in the weapon line. I want to level up in BWB

Its true destro is op boarderline broken. Meteor can be blocked and ground aoe dot avoided. Destro you can ensure full damage is taken just by sticking to your target.
