You can make a fully leveled template character with a book that will instantly grant you full WW and Vamp rank with all the skills maxed.0 -

@DoShazarr The book levels vampirism to 10 and unlocks all passives but does not level up the vampire active abilities . Mist form , Drain and Batswarm . That's why I don't like making a vamp or werewolf from scratch on TC for combat testing . I mentioned this a few posts later in this thread . I later logged in anyways because I only needed to test the dark stalker passive to check the OPs findings . If you know a way to level those active abilities instantly I mention then share . The book isn't doing it .0
