I think ZOS should remove the regen bonus from stage 4 vampires all together, and instead give them an increase to magicka dmg and physical dmg....or werewolves physical and vampires magicka...something other than sustain.

Otherwise, I think more ppl will be inclined to roll vampire to keep some sustain.

Vampire is already strongly represented in PvP due to mist form and the regen. Stam gankers will love the stealth bonus and will switch to marksman or clever alchemist now that they can't stack stealth speed increases and do even more damage.

The drawbacks from going vamp haven't actually been drawbacks for months and the bonuses are good enough that "most"* players go vamp and then use a trial skin to hide the ugly.

*most within a certain sub-set of players, not most as in most most, just most as in most of X

Just eat some humanoids and run on first stage.

Really, in essentially ALL content the "Extra fire damage" passive is so negligible that you can completely discount it. The only vampire passive that is really useful for pve is unlocked at stage 2, which means 10% extra fire damage. If you are unable to mitigate that, then you were probably going to die anyway.
PC/NA - Nightfighters, Raid Leader and Officer
Lilith Arujo - DC sorc tank/dps/healer - Dro-m'Athra Destroyer, Gryphon Heart, Grand Warlord
Lilith Tortorici - DC templar trials healer

    Notable Completions:
vAS (72k), vMoL HM (160k), vAA HM (135k), vHRC HM, vSO HM (141k), vHoF HM (168k), vCR+3(129k), vDSA 45k, vMA 591k

    Original Addons:
    Lilith's Group Manager
    Lilith's Lazy Hacks - Auto Recharge/Repair
    Bot Scanner 2000
    Lilith's Command History
    Maintained Addons:
    Kill Counter

This may be, but my question was how bad is the damage going to hit in Morrowind and is it still worth the benefits
