Question: What is required to reach 100% movement speed?

What is required to reach the 100% movement speed?

I just tried sprinting on an orc in medium armor with major and minor expedition and I didn't notice any change which is good. I guess this only effects those who also use steed mundus? Does anyone know what the base movement speed sprinting gives?

"You can no longer increase your total Movement Speed bonus to more than 100% of your base Movement Speed.

Fjord's Legacy gives 15% bonus movement speed to sprint. I forget which other sets buff it.

Sprinting gives 40%, so sprinting with rapids on already gives you 70%.

oh Lord.. I hate the Devs who decide that if something is OP in one single situation (i.e. battlegrounds), they have to nerf it everywhere. Why not only in battlegrounds?

Same is true for skills & sets allegedly OP in pvp, but nerfed into uselessness for PvE as a side effect..

= 111% ?

Is that how it works? Because that actually nerfs a lot of stam sorcs. Am I missing something?

I think so.. but you missed Fjord's Legacy Set (15%), Windrunner (2%, from CP) and The Steed Mundus (5%, a little more with 'divine' armor pieces).

I think so.. but you missed Fjord's Legacy Set (15%), Windrunner (2%, from CP) and The Steed Mundus (5%, a little more with 'divine' armor pieces).

Yeah, but that means people who aren't even min-maxed into movement speed are still getting hurt, unless some of it is multiplicative and not additive.

Orc only gain 10% of the 40% sprint increase =4%

I quickly tested my speedfarmer on live and PTS. I ran in craglorn.
- Live: 578 UPS/231%
- PTS: 493 UPS/197%

The UPS is map Units Per Second in Craglorn from an addon. It is not meters/second because different maps have different scales.

So, @ZOS_BrianWheeler , WHAT do you have in common with PvE and crafters to come and cut speed here? You clearly stated the reason for the nerf was battlegrounds and Cyro. Time to fix your failure. I don't want to hear any "sorry" nor "we wanted", just limit it into PvP.

So yeah that is how it works. It's a small nerf to stam sorc orcs in medium armor.

SprintSpeed = (BaseWalkSpeed)*(1 + 0.40 + Set.SprintSpeed + Buff.MovementSpeed + Buff.SprintSpeed + Skill.MovementSpeed + (Mundus.MovementSpeed)*(1 + Item.Divines))*(1 + CP.MovementSpeed)

Perhaps they can just add this to the battlespirit so it doesn't impact PvE.
