Yea there not going to do that. They're nerfed the other three classes for a reason they not just going to revert all of there changes and buff there damage. They only do that for sorcs.lunalitetempler wrote: »They need to nerf sorcerers.

There will be! Still finishing them up, but expect to see them in the next few hours.

Sure, some folks come in and read that the wrong way, but as someone with a bunch of level 50 toons of DK, NB, and Sorc, my wish is for my other toons to be as competitive as my sorcs are.
I wish we could change the narrative from "nerf sorcs" to "The Devs are OK with having this power level in game, let's set it as a baseline and bring the other classes up to within 5-10% of it."

Dark deal is such an insane skill though, and it has implications for the future too. Let's say Zenimax's wetdream happens and hybrid builds become a thing.. you know who is going to abuse that the most? Sorcs.
Even without the heal, the efficiency of this skill is ridiculous and makes any kind of overall game resource management impossible until it is dealt with.
For example, A stam DK would cast igneous (a 4k magika ability) to get 5% of their stam back. Now they get a lot less then 5%, and igneous is a completely useless ability with the removal of mending. Meanwhile look at Dark Deal. You get a much better conversion ratio from Mag to Stam and just to top it off you get a ridiculous heal out of it too.

Buffing is not the solution either, or we would not be were we are. We need a balance of both and in this case, nerf is needed for Sorcs.

That's just 1 ability. Combine this with Hurricane and having the best passives for stam, and it's easy to see why Stam/Hybrid Sorc will always be the best setup of it's archetype.
And then there is the monstrosity that is Mag Sorcs...
Please Zenimax just do something about this class.

Nerf is not a solution!

Sure, nerf away - as long as you give sorcs a passive to return resources every time they use an ulti. There's too much looking at skills in isolation going on with the nerf threads.
^^ plus take away implosion and mages wrath(executes are for wimps).. mDKs.. You want to go down that route? Fine.
Then make all the Sorc skills cost 4-5k magika and make them all melee which completely limits you to heavy armor in PvP. Now try sustaining those abilities for more than a few seconds. But you'll just ult right? Nope sorry, you need to cast abilities to generate ult.
Yeah, you don't know the struggle.

Also give them a passive like combustion, that increase the concused dmg status (tiny dot) in turn of energized
