    They almost always do a weekly patch for PTS. It would be interesting, and worthy of thought, if they did not. It would mean that whatever build is in the pipeline could not be completed in a week.

    It's the same notice as every other week. Every week they put up the same banner, then they take down the servers, then they load the patches on the back end, then they load the patches on the client download, then they bring the server back up.

    They did fix it. All of ZoS's "fixes" since the 1.6 patch involved stripping the unique and useful abilities of templars, DKs, and Nightblades away and replacing them with bland and generic power boosts from gear and the Champion Point system.

    Make Rush of Agony "Monsters only." People should not be consecutively crowd controlled in a PvP setting. Period.
