Maximize? No idea, I don't min/max builds. But Spriggans Thorns is sought by many. You can find that in Bangkorai.
Even though ZOS made it so Proc Sets can't Crit anymore, I still find Viper's Sting okay. Find that in the Dungeon Fungal Grotto 1.
