Got invited to closed beta. I play on console.

I went and bought a copy of eso on pc (wasted 20$) i have a redemption code in my email saying i was selected for closed morrowind beta. I've tried to use the code on the account page of both my ps4 and new pc account. neither are working and i am only able to log on to the regular pts with my new pc account. how do i get on the closed beta? and why was i selected if it was never going to work even after i bought it for pc?

    Im thinking it is mostly a scam to get people like me to buy a copy of the game on pc for no reason

    They said there was an error, if you own the PC version (if you bought it because of the invite) and got the invite, if you do manage to get to CS they have the power (but will they?) to grant you access...

    Why didn't you post her second message telling players to contact CS to gain access?

    @ZOS_GinaBruno I just submitted a ticket both in game and through the cs support on my new PC/Mac account but provided my console UserID also. Thanks in advance it you guys make it work.

    Then you respond back and tell them that Gina Bruno said on the forums for you to contact CS to get it fixed. As that is what I told them.

    They can deactivate the code and apply it to your PC account. That is what they did for me. I had Ronald (RJ S) help me.

    Was told by Benjamin that since they are different accounts with different emails that the code can't be activated or transferred. My customer service Rng sucks. Ugh I give up
